This apartment building is located near a fire station, so be prepared for loud sirens late at night. Also, no matter how well you clean the apartment, they'll keep a giant chunk of your security deposit. You can try to sue them, but the court fees are always equal to or higher than the chunk they keep. Also, when I was living there, there was a homeless person who would break in and sleep in the hallway. We told the cops and they didn't care. We told the rental company and they didn't care, either. We begged them for a lock on the front door and they never provided one. ...
