The Monroe is an inexpensive place to live in considering how close it is to. campus. It is a ten minute drive and has transportation available for student to and from campus. My experience so far has been great, it’s a really good place to live and it’s very convenient because there’s so many stores around us.The only down side the maintenance, they take a really long time to come and fix broken things
