I have lived at The Grove for about a year and a half and have been very pleased with my experience. I find the rent to be very competitive and the apartment is very well laid out, everyone has the same size room and their own bath. The only downside is that it's not on campus, however the bus ride is fairly quick! Would highly recommend. I rented from fall 10 through fall '08. ...

My roommates and I love living at The Grove. We each have our own bed and bath, and each bedroom is the same size, so we didn't have to flip for it, like we've had to do in the past at other places. We all think the price is reasonable, about $450 a month for the 3 of us. We get tons of compliments on our place. We've only had a few maintenance issues, and they both were taken care of promply. I would rent here again if given the opportunity. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
