It’s relatively expensive rent for not many amenities, the only thing included is waste and water and the rest is out of pocket. Between me and a roommate, I pay $500 for a 2 bed apartment. My car had been broken into, but other than that I hadn’t felt like I would be in harm’s way. Maintenance issues happen, but then are solved when called. ...

I pay $1000 a month to live here and I rarely find PARKING in front of my building. When you report the parking violations to the management they want the resident to call out a tow truck. Resident's cars are broken into and VANDALIZED. Loud music can be heard from cars in the middle of the night and the management won't do anything unless you file a police report, but the police have to witness the LOUD MUSIC. Returned from work to find DRUGS are being used outside my build. Management closed off the rent drop off box because resident's checks were being STOLEN from their office. I rented from summer 2016 through summer 2017. ...

I lived in this apartment for a few years, until transferring to another unit. Despite my loyalty, the office staff neglected to tell me that the apartment that I was transferring to had a mice infestation. Once I found out about the infestation, office staff stated that they could give me mouse traps. As much as I pay in rent, I do not believe this is how loyal tenets should be treated. I will never reside here again after my lease is up. I'm almost tempted to terminate my lease once permitted. I rented from summer 2014 through fall 2017. ...
