This apartment complex has soooooo much potential, but completely DONT live up to it. They have prime realestate, All the units need serious updating. they are not pet friendly. which is a bummer. No one wants to be completely along when all they have time for is hitting the books. I think they might of realized they kinda suck, cuz in the middle of my husbands 2 year program they lowered rent. making his new one bedroom unit the same as he was paying for his small studio. HOWEVER.... I have NEVER seen an apartment complex with sooooo much storage! it is amazing. the laundry facilities were of course really outdated and crappy. but what can you do I guess. Over all we would rent here again, because it is REALLY convient to be able to walk a block to classes at Rush and then a block to clinical's at rush. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
