Current Resident

The apartments are nice. However, the one person who is in charge is a poor manager. She determines IF maintenance is necessary in spite of the dweller’s request. Often, she does not approve help needed.. Maintenance of the building is slow. The elevator keeps malfunctioning. There is no community. Only one person in charge is not adequate. The owner does not live on site. ...
