As of this posting water has been turned off for over 25 days. Not they first time this has happened. Renter do NOT rent from here. You submit a maintaince request and you are bothering them. The "property manager " can't do much for you except to tell you " sorry for the inconvenience" when the water has been off or when maintaince destroys your personal items with paint. Live somewhere else. ...

Management seems to be new at there job everyday, like they are lost. I've had submitted maintace request and the office says like I know, working on it and sorry for the inconvenience but months have passed. Stay away as they don't care, after hours emergency line starts at 7pm pray you don't need help at 5:30, 615. The deal breaker is the being turned off..WATER turned off! ...
