The apartments are very nice and I felt safe while living there because the outside was well lite. It was great to be close to the school it was even in walking distance. All the workers were very nice and helpful.

University Apartments is one of the best apartments I've ever moved in. There are no complaints that I can think of off the top of my head, though I do despise how slow maintenance is to fix problems after they occur.

Well because of Covid-19 alot of students didn't return to campus. I have a 4 bedroom apartment. It's spacious. I really enjoy it. It's not noisy. Everyone seems br respectful and responsible. I would recommend them to others.

The village is a great first apartment. They have a full kitchen with plenty of closet space. Every room is fully furnished and bathrooms are large and spacious. They don’t allow pets but I wish they did. There is also free cable and WiFi

The apartment complex is generally as described and a good fit for the rent. It is fairly noisy due to being on University, but not an annoyingly high volume. The maintenance doesn't go for working perfectly, but working. The sink here is a pain to use.
