This apartment complex maintenance team is like ghost. The elevators are broken all the time for days at a time cause they will not replace the crappy set up they have. There’s not enough parking spots for residents so parking is always an issue. They can assign parking to do this but they are to lazy to do this. Residents let there dogs use the bathroom outside snd they don’t clean up after them. Maintenance doesn’t clean up after then either, the lawn crew either. So there are smashed pills of poop all over and garage too cause no one cleans up the property. Rent increases can be as high as 132.00 a month so watch out when staying here ...
