The management here is AWFUL! They never fix anything and Dave Severino is a condescending jacka@$!!! He will stop at nothing to prove he is right in any situation even if he is not. He also will threaten his tenants and refuse to give tenants copies of information with thier information on it. My room mate and I are obtaining a lawyer to sue the butt off this man. I would NOT reccommend living here or renting from anyone with the last name SEVERINO! Dave refuses to salt the private serpentine drive on the property I live at (he has two locations of buildings) which resulted in an accident. He refuses to pay the damages even though he is liable. It is such a headache living here I wish I would have never signed the lease! We are leaving before our lease is up (before Dave finds some reason to evict us; which apparently after to talking to people he LOVES to do). RUN from this place and DO NOT LOOK BACK! This man is an insane slumlord who doesn't give a rats ass about his tenants or property! I will continue my work of preventing people from living here as long as I am in this town. I figure bad word of mouth is deadly for a business and I want to see this man go down in flames! He was so rude, inappropriate, and condescending on the phone after our accident and continued talking about us when we weren't present - we know this b/c we walked through the door of the office and the office manager said "guys you better be quiet now" and Dave yells out "is it her!" and comes flying out of the office to attack us some more b/c on the phone wasn't enough for him. He proceeded to yell and scream and do several illegal things all in one day! He refused us copies of our information in our file, had a 3rd party listening in on a phone conversation and did not inform my room mate until the end, and refuses to hold up his end of our lease by salting and fixing things in our unit. PLEASE! DO NOT RENT HERE! He has 2 locations - Arbor Walk and Creekside Chase. It does not matter which location you rent from you still deal with Dave! Also, apparently he does not have one price for all of his units - it varies based on who you are and he refuses to rent to people who aren't married! So, if you are in a relationship but not married yet - he won't rent to you. My friend was denied b/c of this very reason - that is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of!
