Current Resident

Walls and floors are paper thin, can hear everything my neighbors are doing and saying. Washer and dryer needs repairs every other month. Maintenance guy takes long to do repairs or not at all. Elevators are constantly out of service and the ButterflyMX. Management is always sending annoying threatening emails about fines and evictions. Ridiculous rules for rooftop can get fined $2,500 if you break one. Example having your dog on rooftop, playing loud music, having more then 6 guest, smoking and there’s a 10pm curfew. Rat infestation in the neighborhood, building management knows a couple tenants from building is feeding them and does nothing about it. Parking is a hassle during street cleaning and street repairs. No parking in garage it’s tiny as hell. ...
