I love living there, it is full of students from all over the world. I live in a huge two bedroom apartment with one roommate. We pay a total of $1500 for rent and utilities monthly. I am very happy with the location, since it is very close to downtown, and to the lake. The beach is near and the trails where I ride a bike all summer. It is very quiet, like we are alone in the building, and all our neighbors are so nice. Building maintenance is excellent and very responsive. property managers are extremely irresponsible. They can careless about your concerns. The residents are being robbed by locals and apt are burglarized. Make sure you don't leave out after 9pm. Very Dangerous! I rented from summer '08 through summer 10.
