This place is going down the drain since the new management (Prairie) took over. Building manager has no clue about what's going on in the building. She is ignorant of Chicago Municipal code, and fire safety code. They close the office at 3 pm. They don't return phone calls. Assistant manager (I don't know why she is even called manager) has no knowledge of anything and she "forgets to tell" the manager maintenance and emergency items. Elevators have safety issues. They haven't been inspected since 2004. They brake down all the time and they make too much noise. It is time for a change in the management or it is time to exercise our legal rights. ...
