This place is the pits. It's full of roaches, mice and dirty tenants. They don't keep the building clean at all. At any point in time you will find beer bottles & used condoms in the parking lot, spit on the elevator walls, garbage in the stair way and mice in the laundry room. The owner Barry is very rude and tries to intimidate the residents. The rent is cheep and there is inexpensive parking available but take it from me, it's not worth it. I rented from fall '00 through fall '07. ...
