They advertise these apartments as 55+ as well as catering to 55+. After I paid my Application fee of $35 I found out that they are actually ALL AGES, not 55+. I told the manager that I did not want to live in an All Age development and that is why I searched for 55+ and why I applied here. I told the manager that I would like my$35 back due to False Advertising on their website and on their flyer. She refuses to give me a refund. If this is the way they handle business I’m so glad I dodged a bullet and didn’t invest more money and/or move there and then find out that it it All Ages. ...
