Neighbors love to play ding dong ditch...yes even the adults. They also love to knock and pound on the walls just to annoying you and then the perpetrators play victim to Kristina and the cops. Kristina doesn't really know how to do her job except for collect rent. She doesn't answer calls. She doesn't return calls. You're lucky if she's even in her office. She doesn't settle neighbor disputes when it's brought up to her. When there's a dispute with a neighbor all she says is call the cops. Cops won't do anything and she knows it so she brushes it off and pretends it's not happening so really nothing gets solved. Unfortunately things continue. The common areas always smell like heavy pot smoke and cigarettes everyday especially in the winter. Apparently she lets anybody lease here. I did feel safe here at one point when the cameras were around until they took them down. ...
