Terrible service. They were suppose to put a lock on our laundry room due to thefts about 8 months ago. Every time I've gone in they say that it is being worked on, but I cannot figure out how it is so hard to get a lock on it! They also say that they will tow if you do not have a parking pass, but that is not the case. I have been hung up on by many of their employees, once had to call them 5 times one night because there was no parking. Absolutely terrible service and I would not recommend them to ANYONE! Being this close to campus is not worth the ridiculously high prices for a really bad apartment. If I could give 0 stars I would. A chunk of my wall was falling out when I moved in, the ceiling has bubbles, there is a hand print on my wall in a place where you would have to be at least 10ft tall to reach, the foundation is starting to fold (building is only about 5 years old). I rented from fall 2018 through summer 2019. ...
