I had lived here upon a promotion and moved to Ames. I originally worked with a certain property manager through BBH Management (who own the property), and it appeared to be a good deal. However, upon moving out, I've quickly learned that this is a property management company that only wants to take advantage of college students and such. They do not show respect to their tenants and have constantly done nothing but try to weasel money out of any wallet they can. They do not take responsibility or accountability for their tenant's well-being and do not respect their own signed documents or agreements with tenants.
