i hate the management and maintance I rented from fall '06 through spring '08.

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I have had my master bathroom flood from the apartment above me several times since living here, from December 2000 to present time. The front parking lot is supposed to be for residents, one car only, visitors and extra cars are suppose to park in the back. But this almost never happens and is very rarely enforced. So the parking lot is sometimes full... Sometimes repairs take a while to get fixed, unless it is something like a clogged sink or toilet. There is a law enforcement officer who living in the complex, and even has a parking spot near the main office. So the crime doesn't seem to bad from what I have noticed anyway, I hear of some minor problems, but haven't had anything problems as of yet, over the 7 years I lived here so far anyway... If I wasn't an Unemployed Disabled Veteran, and I could afford to move I would. But since I can't, I live here until I can. So if you are shown an apartment and told that it will be the one you will get, GET IT IN WRITING!!! Because when I first came to look at the apartment I was show a nice apartment and was told that it would be mine, But a few days later when I went to get the key to prepare to move in, I was told I had a different apartment, and it wasn't even half as good at the one I was shown, and told was going to be mine. So again, if you can, get it in writing that the one they say is yours is actually going to be yours... Or you might end up with one in a lot worse shape than what you were shown... The landlord, and the maintenance team are or seem nice, and they even try to know you by name. That is why I game the landlord a mark of a 4. But the rest of the stuff need some work, in some of the apartment anyway. I went to IWCC with someone who also lived in these apartment complex, and she said she only had one problem, and it was fixed pretty quickly. But to my knowledge, she doesn't live here in the apartment complex anymore. I heard she moved after getting her degree, but she did say that she lived her for over 7 or 8 years. At the time I hadn't even been there a year yet... There is a pool, but so far I haven't had the chance to use it yet, so I don't know what it's like. They also have a SMALL gym, and a game room with a pool-table. But again, I had not had the chance to use either of them. ...
