Great place for students who need low income housing. I was in an updated apartment at Ashbrooke and it was very nice. With low income housing you don't get the best neighbors. They would leave trash in the grass and sometimes throw parties outside even though they weren't the only people living there, like at a house. If you keep to yourself, it's a great place to live! We also met some really great people who lived there as well. Lots of students, families and couples. ...
