. I have lived here for 5 years. The ONLY reasoni stay is my handicap accessible unit. The property has really gone down hill. They can't keep a property manager to save their lives and last I heard we only had two maintenance guys. I have a feeling the level of pay has something to do with it in both cases. Management and maintenence do not have enough resources to properly run this complex and the one next door. I have included a look at one of our dumpsters. This has been the state of things for a full week at this point. The other dumpsters are not much better, often featuring dumpsters that are rolling out of their stalls. This a complex is owned by elevate living. They own many equally unimpresive complexes. The goal is to buy a house and get out. I'm lucky. Elevate is just another slum lord corporate entity taking advantage of the powerless. Avoid if possible ...
