A great place to live and I met soo many new people from my college and the area around Boca. Very social place to live and there is always people around or something going on to entertain you. I meet some of my best friends living here!

The living spaces are extremely small, and the maintenance was horrible. They were doing work in the apartment next to me, and ended up flooding my closet of my apartment. I had clothes in there so I didn't notice the water until I saw mold all over my clothes. Then they had the nerve to try to charge me for the damage long after I had moved out of the apartment. ...

Overall, my experience was pretty average. There was a lot of water maintenance that caused the water to be shut off for several days last semester. The laundry room isn't great either with the driers rarely working well. Otherwise, the areas are clean, it's close to campus, and all utilities are covered which makes it worth it. ...

Cool people and good staff but random fire alarms and the internet goes out sometimes. The plumbing was messed up and it took over a week for them to fix. We could barely use the bathroom or shower during this time. You can do whatever you want like smoke inside though which is nice. More freedom, space, and privacy than a dorm room. My experience at University Park has been generally fair. There were some issues with Wi-Fi outages and the availability of hot water on the property throughout the semester. Many maintenance projects were being completed this past fall which meant that we had periods of water outages as well. However, staff at the property were very transparent and effectively communicated to the residents of UP the dates and times at which we were to expect these outages. ...

I lived in two different units during two years at University Park Apartments. Beside the walls being thin, the location, comfort, and amenities were exceptional. I always felt safe and the apartments were well maintained.
