Current Resident

This apartment complex is INFESTED with roaches. I see 20 - 30 roaches on a daily basis. I work from home and they are crawling on my desk throughout the day. They are now crawling in my bed, on the walls, in the smoke detectors (which is causing them to go off) and in my kitchen cabinets. It is a HUGE problem and a major health hazard. I have had an itchy sore throat and sinus issues for days while in my apartment. They have done treatments (but only do underneath the sinks in kitchen and bathroom at $15/mo your cost.) In addition, I just had someone illegally enter my apartment with a key at 7:00 pm at night and no one can tell me who this person is. A police report was filed. AND.... if that wasn't enough, my car was vandalized twice in a month and the rear passenger window busted out in the parking garage where you pay to park your car as a resident by month. It cost me $800 out of pocket. This is THE WORST housing experience I have EVER had. Staff are rude and at times unresponsive, the process to get in is brutal and long, and the place is filthy and unkept. It is a very old building, I have been told. Save yourself the hassle and heed the reviews (mine isn't the only report of roach infestation). ...
