DON'T DO IT!! Price is good, but you get what you pay for...nothing. Landlord is terrible. She will tell you one thing and then change her story. If you have an issue with bugs, she indirectly makes it seem like it's your fault. One bedroom apartments are small and very hot. A/C doesn't work well. Pest control only comes once every 3 months. Landlord will say that it's because they don't have a problem with bugs; however, they do.
