I found spring chase apartments by accident and I am so glad I did! I immediately fell in love with the grounds of the apartment complex. Beautiful trees and very nice apartments. After being ignored by management for months I feel I have to say something... The stray cats are an issue here. They fight all the time, defecate on my welcome mat, put paw prints on my newly-washed truck, and yesterday I had to call animal control to remove the body of a cat who was stuck in my engine belt. I don't understand why management does not put out traps or respond to all of my continued complaints. I'm frustrated by management's continued ignorance and look forward to the end of my lease so I can buy a better house with a lower mortgage than my current lease. What is wrong with this picture? You know us students can't afford much, but I had some terrible roommates in the past and decided to just spend the money and move into my own place in what I thought was a good neighborhood. What a mistake. After living here I actually miss the ghetto! At least the ghetto was cheap and I knew what to expect. Management is disrespectful, rude, and completely incompetent. The neighbors fight and throw big redneck parties all hours of the night. Even on weekdays! Everything broke from the water pipes to the dishwasher to the A/C to the front gate. Maintenance was never able to fix anything the same day--they were too busy mowing the grass (every day at 6:30 in the morning). I will never judge a book by the cover again.
