My tabby villa experience at first was a pleasant one. The staff seemed very nice and helpful. Dottie the apt. supervisor was like family; always cheerful. Overall, she is great person to know as well as John the maintenance man John. He would fix the
problem the same day the work order was submitted. In many cases within the hour. The problems arose once The Dottie placed her resignation. After she left everything fell apart. The new staff didn’t know where the paper was or how submit the rent payments..etc I decided to find a new place to live after being with tabby over two years now. Or at least I thought. They sent off my rental history weeks late for no apparent reason, which in turn caused me to miss out on some great apartment specials at the beginning of the year. That’s not even the climax of the story. After the so called fiasco was over a new one began. They trumped up frivolous charges to diminish my deposit to almost nothing. Charged me a 30$ dirty refrigerator charged for neglecting to remove one enclosed stick of butter out the fridge…etc Nonetheless once I actually received the deposit it was addressed to someone else. Liz apt. manager advised me to cash it anyway and hope the bank doesn’t charge me with fraud.
P.S . Shambles (don’t move here unless you plan to stay for life, because they wont let you leave…)
