The complex felt secure for the most part. A key fob was required to gain access into the apartment complex. The area surrounding the apartment complex including the parking lot, stairs and hallways leading to the unit, leasing office, sidewalks, etc. were kept clean. It wasn't noisy in the area either. The units were also recently updated with new appliances and included the option for in unit washer and dryer. The staff in the leasing office however were difficult to deal with. Information received by them varied day by day and would conflict with one another. At times staff members were unprofessional and attempted to gossip with residents.
