I've lived in a couple of places throughout Atlanta in the past 5 years, and this is by far the worst apartment complex I've experienced. From the management (seriously rude, devoid of any professional behavior, and completely ineffective at running this community) to disgusting tenants (people take their dogs to the bathroom in the PARKING GARAGE...yup, right next to your car people!), to neighbors who throw beer bottles from their apartments on any given weekend, to waiting 1/2 an hour to get into your parking space through the valet lot on the first floor, this is an experience I am happy to leave. They charged me the pet fee for having a GUEST over with the dog. The leasing manager sends threatening messages to tenants for parking in handicap spots, and her car can be found every workday in the 2nd floor handicap parking spot (she lives and has a parking spot on the 6th floor btw). I will be moving into a house closer downtown that is cheaper than I was paying for my aparment, with nicer ammenities and less hassle. Good riddance! I rented from fall '05 through spring '07. ...
