The complex is unsafe, noisy and moderately ghetto. The pool is dominated by one entire family every weekend with loud, obnoxious Mexican music that is inconsiderate to neighbors. A posted security guard just sits there and does nothing. He asks for cigarettes and a light from the perpetrators. On top of that there is significant break-ins of vehicles. The front office is negligent with comments such as "oh shucks by golly, crime happens everywhere". Even thought there are gates, the gates are easily, AND ALWAYS, broken. So our stuff is broken into and stolen and although we pay rent on time and fees the clubhouse acts like they can't do anything. Management is willfully negligent. Come here at your PERIL! ...
