A/C broke 4 times this year- smells like mold in all of the units and there is a bunch of gang bangers living in here. I feel sorry for you if you intend on living in here

GHETTO!!! robberies happen constantly, and the units all smell horrible. All of the furniture is outdated and the "brand new" mattresses and box springs make your back ache everyday.
