The upkeep crew is terrible. The work they perform is of extremely poor skill level and really just not safe. Do not let the demo fool you. The demo they showed me had an ice maker, the apartment they put me in did not have an ice maker. I complained and one month later they finally installed one. I have been here for two months and they still have not fixed the giant hole in my window screen. The air conditioner does not work very well. Also, my apartment does not have roaches inside, but, the giant roaches will crawl underneath the door, or wait for you to open the door then run in under your feat. I asked management to fix this problem for me for two reasons. 1. I do not want bugs running into my apartment. 2. A gap in the door of this size lets air in and out of the apartment which makes my utility bill go up. Our first month here we went over our cap by 120 dollars. Our second month we went over by 60 dollars. So again, I asked management to fix the problem, they did a half @$$ job once again. Overall, the quality of this place is sub par. The quality of the work done here is crap. I wouldn't live here again. I don't recommend you do either. Spend the extra money and live somewhere else. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
