Unit was OK, but the place started to go downhill after they lowered the rents. They refused to give back the security deposit and then charged a "cleaning" fee after the apt had already been cleaned! I rented from fall '07 through summer '09.

This place sucks! The people are ghetto - my roommates & I thought it'd be a cool place to meet other students, but it's full of little kids and just crazy trash people. We're moving out at the end of our lease. Unless you want to live in a dirty, over-priced apartment, don't rent here. Oh, and someone got stabbed while jogging one morning right across the street!! We don't even like to walk around the apt at night b/c the gate's always broken!! I rented from fall '08 through summer '09. ...
