Eagles Pointe Was a great place to live at until 4 months ago. The property was nice and I liked the pool. Four months ago or so, the maintenance supervisor left to go work at another place and now this place is going down hill fast. They have a new Maintenance man there named Ryan who is nothing like the one who left. Now the parking lot has trash in it all day, the pool has black stuff in it and he is kinda a slob, He rides his golf cart all day smoking or spitting chew. Try to get something fixed and wait. Sad. I love the office staff. They are nice to me and my friends. I will be moving out soon to a safer place with better maintenance ! I rented from fall '09 through fall 10. ...
