Management is rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Charge an arm and a leg for roach infested units and dog poop and trash everywhere. Needs to be shut down and have new staff in the office ASAP!!!!!!!

Terrible experience at this apartment complex: nonexistent maintenance, trash everywhere, roach and big infested, rude staff, unavailable parking, noisy neighbors and dog poop everywhere. Worst experience ever!

DONT RENT THIS PLACE AT ALL! You'll regret it. I have been have suffered from them not allowing frequent visitors which is my sons father or 15 years coming by for his son. They said they had to do a background check on frequent visiters or to be on lease after it. From this he was banned to visit his son for almost the entire time no exseptions. I was always being watched and the entire staff lives there except one which is the DECUSTING DESPEHICAL VENFUL LIEING DECIEVING LIAR LIAR LAIR Ashley who is the manager. She'll f__k your family up if she doesn't like you. Her what I would like to call the staff are jobs scared slaves will taughnt you for her. The lady is a psyco path liar . She's even went off to talk to my nieghbors her other tennants and gossip bout me. They all said she has been like this to many people. Don't live there I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

Worst in Athens...... rude staff I rented from fall '09 through summer 10.
