The apartments themselves are nice, but the grounds are constantly filled with litter. The dumpster usually has a pile of trash in front of it from other tenants. This is especially true during the weekend and holidays. What happens is someone will send their child with the trash to the dumpster. The child who is unable to put the trash in the door of the dumpster will leave the trash beside the door. In a matter of hours, the trash piles up because no one will actually check the dumpster to see if it is working. We cannot count on the maintenance crew for emergencies. We have called the front once in a blue moon for stairwell lights being out, and now for a broken fridge. It is a major challenge to get an actual human being after hours and on weekends. In the defense of the staff only, the staff is small and the demands of it are great. The management has changed twice since I have been here. The current management always points to the management of the past for the broken security gate, lack of staff, and the broken fence which has new parts of it coming down each day. I truly believe this complex has gone down hill. Other review sites have a consensus on that opinion. The staff does what it can, but the people who have moved in are truly to blame for the continuing deterioration of the complex. They have something nice here and clearly do not appreciate it.
