Former Resident

My experience overall was fair. It was located in a great area walking distance from my classes only a couple blocks and from downtown Savannah. The biggest issue I had was with the staff and the rent. I felt the rent was extremely high for the area. I rented a bedroom in a 5 BR/5 BR apartment and I paid $999 in rent. I wish the rent was better priced. I also think the their was high turnover. Always new staff every couple months, and new leasing agents also, which was a little uneasy also. ...
