STAY AWAY!!! This place is TERRIBLE! Very black now that they just lowered the price so low! You will CONSTANTLY hear loud music playing from cars and your neighbors, and hear cars with 30" wheels driving by. And people holding LOUD and LONG conversations right outside of your window at 2 in the morning, or ANY OTHER time of the day/night! Inside, the apartments look great, newly renovated, new appliances. Maintenance SUCKS, they barely speak a lick of English, and literally will take AT LEAST 2 months to get to you, unless it's an emergency, then it's about a month! Jamie at the front desk is very rude, mean, and could care less about what you have to say or do. There has been break ins and theft. A week before I left my car window was shot with a pellet from a gun, and my motorcycle was tipped over with damage. There is a front gate that DOES NOT CLOSE, so it lets all the riffraff in. I lived there for 14 months and it took 14 months to open a pool. The pool was promised to be open 3-weeks after I moved in. They ALWAYS promise things there, but it NEVER happens. Plumbing SUCKS! Stay away, not even worth it!!! They spent so much money fixing it up and making it look nice, then they dropped the price down to less than $500/month and it was just TAKEN OVER, almost all white people have moved out! I rented from summer '08 through fall '09. ...

Nice looking place on the outside and the inside. All new appliances throughout. Although the plumbing is horrendous, a plumber must come out continually to snake out the toilets. A petition is going around regarding the plumbing. One guy was given a key to use the restroom in another apartment. He was told to use the restroom elsewhere if it is not liquid. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
