Current Resident

The best part of the apartment complex is one of the maintenance staff named Tino! He is helpful and kind and respectful! We stayed here because of his customer service! However, lately the management staff has been trying to improve the property, the outside at least. ...

The apartment that I was shown and rented was and is a slum. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling, mold and mildew all over the bathroom. The fire/smoke alarm fails to work. Etc, etc, etc... I rented from fall 10 through fall 10.
