DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. I have lived there for 21 days and have only had hot water for 3 days. Apparently, this complex has a big lawsuit with the contractor and has major plumbing issues. So if you do not mind taking FREEZING cold showers than this is the place for you! My neighbor has been there only 5 months and only 1 month straight has she had hot water! THIS PLACE IS HELL... ...
