I never had a problem with anything really.. i been here over a year and all i really seen were spiders, one or two roaches thought but that was it. its pretty quiet to say the least.. nice people and great staff. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.

These apartments are lovely aside from their one big problem.....huge,flying palmetto bugs aka cochroaches!!!! It got to a point where I had to call the bug man out every week. I still see them from time to time but not as often as I used to. Though the office was always willing to sent out pest control, they told me that from time to time I will see them because of the river and the large trees on the property. The crime rate is starting to go up in the area and not too long ago there was a murder in an apartment close to mine. Other than that, the employees are very nice and I didnt really have a problem with the management. The aparment is very spacious with walk in closets. In order to live there though, you have to be able to put up with the roaches or find your own pest control to try to get rid of those pests. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
