I love that it is set up like we are in a college dorm. We have other roommates and the rent is super reasonable. Everyone has their own bathroom as well so that’s great! It’s an off-campus college dorm experience.

It was a nice place to stay as a college student. I enjoyed the time i spent here and the staff was very helpful. I moved due to financial issues, but i would definitely recommend The Edge to anyone that needs a place.

Currently living at The Edge in a Unit with 3 other students. Rent is relatively cheap (about $600), though for a place with 3 other people paying rent on the same unit, that seems much higher than it's worth. My main complaint with The Edge is the noise. Since it is right outside of UWF, a lot of young college kids live here, which means that there are constantly people running around the parking lot and halls screaming and throwing parties, despite the fact that we are currently in a pandemic. My downstairs neighbors blast music constantly, and Management will not do anything about it even though the leasing contract states that loud and obnoxious music is grounds for fines or eviction. I would not recommend this place to anyone over the age of 21 that takes college and studying seriously. The residents here are a nightmare. ...
