I have lived in The Promenade for almost a year now, and can easily say it's well worth every penny and without a doubt the best apartment complex i've ever lived in. The rates are reasonable, but most of all, the Management Staff is highly professional. It's one thing to find somewhere to live that is cheap, and if your Irish with amazing luck and never has a single type of problem; but it's another when the management staff, maintenance team, and everyone else in between treats you like you are the only resident there if you need something. Everyone in the office, and every single person on the maintenance staff is very friendly, and more then willing to above and BEYOND just meeting basic needs or requests. Parking is decent, but could be a little better.. I've lived on the 1st floor, and 2nd floor, and have never heard someone flushing a toilet or someone's washing machine. Just one example, I needed a copy of my mailbox key, and not only was it made in less then 30 minutes... About 10 minutes after I got home there was a knock on my door and one of the associates in the office actually brought the key to me! I live in the very BACK of the apartments up a flight of stairs. If there was a way to promote above their current positions, I would say do it! Also kudos to the maintenance supervisor. I can't remember his name (it's a good thing when you never have to see someone for maintenance^_^), but he has also easily been the most friendly individual within any maintenance group i've delt with. The gym and pool area is very nice. The plants and walk ways are well trimmed and always kept up. The bathrooms are immaculate and the apartments as a whole, very well kept up. To anyone looking at The Promenade as a prospective place to move to, I have to tell you this.. I'm a supervisor for a company who's PRIMARY focus, is Customer Satisfaction, on ALL levels. I've seen how to do things right, how to motivate a team of associates to excel beyond the norm, and also the affects to customers when things go wrong. Price is an important factor when making a decision on where you move, but Quality of Service should account for 70% of your decision. You don't want to move somewhere that you are not happy living in. The true measure of a company's standard, is not how well they perform when things are going good, but how things are handled when something goes wrong. It's at those times, that you want to live somewhere that will treat you like Number 1, and not just a unit number. It's at those times, that the true quality of an organization comes to the service. ...
