this started out as a good place to live with great neighbors, but once the property was up for sale all that changed. early 2010 they stopped most if not all major repairs and upkeep. I had a crack whore/hooker living under me with men and parties 24/7. It took calling the CITY and POLICE 6x a day to get her out. Right after it was sold it took the new owners 2 WEEKS to replace my AC-Heat unit in the middle of the coldest december in 20 years. I rented from spring '06 through spring 11. ...
