I have been here for 4 months and since that time it has been bought out by Camden. We have certainly put up with the noise at all hours of the nite at the pool, and people coming from across the street (section 8 housing) and destroying our pool furniture and leaving thier trash everywhere. We have called the police so many times it isnt funny, the office just says "well our renters need to help us by calling the police", I say "we pay enough in rent - can't you get a security guard in here!?!" Well right now, the jacuzzi is broken - no hot water and has been this way for over 2 weeks! And they took away over 3/4ths of the pool furniture that was broken but never brought anything back for temp. use so we are laying on the hard, hot concrete ground. I keep complaining but still nothing changes I would think twice before renting here! I rented from spring '07 through spring '08. ...
