Try to avoid this place as much as you can. First of all parking sucks, and yes you will get towed even if you live there. There are also not enough parking spots for residents . Sometimes you have to park like a half a mile away and there are no lights in the neighborhood, so its a very scary walk at night Also there is a HUGE roach problem! We would get an average of 5 roaches a week. Not only roaches, but all sorts of bugs, all around the apartment complex. And management would never send pest control over. We would call them everyday and bug them about it and they just wouldnt send them over. So we had to control that ourselves. Management doesnt care about fixing things either. One time they just walked into my apartment, without knocking because they had the wrong apartment that needed maintenence. Also, the trash is alll the way in the beginning of the neighborhood so its really hard when it comes to moving or even daily chores. Overall, I had a VERY bad experience here. very bad parking. you will get towed even if you live there. security gate at entrance never closed, even though you will purchase a remote. be prepared for management to find any way for you to pay big bucks when you move out.
