Lived here for last 3 years of college. Best deal in town as long as you have furniture. Landlord is great and the maintenance team is awesome as well. I rented from fall '06 through summer '09.

If you have a car or scooter, then your fine. I had to rely on the bus system, but other than the location the place is fantastic. The management is really nice and the apartments are well maintained. The parties here are a lot of fun as well. I'm going to miss Polo Club, just not the distance! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
