DO NOT move in here. They do HORRIBLE business here. I got married and moved out, but continued to pay my half of the rent for my roommate. Apparently, you're supposed to give 60 day written notice before you move out, and I had no idea. They expect this written notice EVEN THOUGH YOUR LEASE IS UP! HELLO?! ISN'T THE LEASE ENDING YOUR NOTICE??? They said they sent a letter, but I sure as hell never got it. When my roommate called to make sure we were set for moving out, they said we were all set for our move out date, and that we didn't need to do anything else. They even said they looked it up for us. Then, they charged us $1600 extra dollars! I tried to explain the situation to them, and they could give two $#!+s. To them, $1600 is one months rent on a nicer place, no biggie if they don't get it, they have like 400 units in here. For me, I will go into debt. But they don't care. They say "well the paper work says..." even though they said something different in person (that we were all set to move out and didn't need anything else). Basically, they lied to me in person, then when it came down to it, they went with "it doesn't matter what we said, it's what the paperwork says." DON'T LIVE HERE, THEY WILL FIND SOME WAY TO SCREW YOU OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rented from summer '07 through winter '08. ...
