The apartment is ok, nothing fancy, although it is rather large for the price. They are certainly old, but relatively well maintained. You can tell they are old by the appliances in the kitchen. The walls are decently thick and I never used to hear my neighbor until he got a new "system", but even then it is only the bass I can here. The major problem is the safety factor. There are a lot of families that live here wich is good. But then there are a lot of disrespectful and loud, and I am guessing non-college young adults that bring the place down. So saftey seems a little sketchy to me, but nothing bad has happened, and like I said lots of kids and families. I rented from fall '07 through fall '07. ...
