I am not sure what construction company was used to build this property, but I can every step that my neighbors above me take. When I complained about it I was told that the noise emanating from my apt was a problem. I asked if someone could come and hear the noise from my point of view. There is also a high turnover rate in the office and maintenance staff. The two maintenance staff who were quick and readily answered maintenance issues have both been replaced.
