I live here at 3 palms and I must say its been terrible, we have mold issues, electical issues, the apartment was supposedly remodeled, they fixed issues half way, and it looks worse then when we moved in.. took 3 months to get screens and also to get another screen fixed, changed door knobs didnt repain doors so we have rings around the handles, the master bedroom door u can see the living room from inside yea thats privacy alright, this is just a few i have pictures to prove everything i have said. feel free to shoot me an e-mail and i will forward pictures to you.
